Taipei, Taiwan, Feb 26^th, 2024 – Topoint Technology Co., Ltd. (Topoint, TWSE: 8021) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter, which is the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

Full year 2024 revenue and net profit were NT$ 3,541 million and NT$ 206 million respectively while basic after-tax earnings per share came in at NT$ 1.45.

24Q4 revenue and profit after tax were NT$ 953 million and NT$ 49 million respectively while basic after-tax earnings per share came in at NT$ 0.34.

The 24Q4 results, when compared to 24Q3 and the same quarter a year earlier, were as follows:

• Net revenue decreased 0.9% QoQ to NT$ 953 million from NT$ 962 million in the previous quarter and increased 21.8% YoY from NT$ 782 million in 23Q4.
• Gross profit decreased 2.7% QoQ to NT$ 259 million from NT$ 266 million in the previous quarter and increased 36.3% from NT$ 190 million in 23Q4.
• Operating income is NT$ 80 million and decreased 23.1% from NT$ 104 million in the previous quarter and increased 73.1% from NT$ 46 million in 23Q4.
• Net income attributable to shareholders of the Parent is NT$ 49 million and decreased 28.5% from NT$ 68 million in the previous quarter and increased 33.5% from NT$ 37 million in 23Q4.
• Earnings per share of NT$ 0.34 based on weighted average outstanding shares of 142 million.

All figures were prepared in accordance with TIFRS on a consolidated basis.

A breakdown of 24Q4 revenue by product categories shows PCB drills 64%, followed by drilling service 36% of total revenue.
