Customers

At Topoint, we believe that continuous provision of high quality products, reliable services, and comprehensive technological solutions form the key foundation of building long-term partnerships with our customers. To clearly and effectively understand the customers’ level of satisfaction and their requirements, we implement regular customer satisfaction surveys to jointly assess the 5 major dimensions of quality, technology, service, delivery, and cost. We also report items that fail to reach customer satisfaction standards to the relevant owners, and refer to the customer’s feedback and recommendations to stipulate improvements and action plans that will then become a key reference for our business plans. For 6 consecutive years, average scores of customer satisfaction surveys for each of our top-10 customers have all exceeded our goal of 90 points (level of “very satisfactory”).

Suppliers

At Topoint, we regard our suppliers as important partners. Our purchasing policy is implemented according to the principles of openness, transparency, and fair competition. To ensure reliability of supply sources, Topoint actively develops partnerships with suppliers and second sources who demonstrated excellent quality. We also manage current suppliers according to the dimensions of quality, on-time delivery, cost, and cooperation, and commit ourselves to ensuring that our suppliers are compliant to the EICC Code of Conduct and corporate social responsibility (CSR) management specifications to build a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with the suppliers. In 2017, Topoint has referred to relevant specifications and ensured that all our suppliers have signed Supplier Statement for Prohibiting the Use of Conflict Minerals and Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment. Our purchasing department implements regular supplier audits every year to ensure that products provided by our suppliers are capable of meeting our requirements. Our audit coverage ratio was 100% in 2020.

Product Liability

For product quality management, Topoint requires every employee to comply with the relevant standards and continuously improve and optimize our quality management system (QMS) and product quality. Our QMS is compliant to the ISO 9001:2015 specifications and has passed certification audits conducted by an external certifying body (CB). We also achieve extremely positive praises during CB audits and quality certification reviews implemented by our customers every year. Through our internal regular and non-periodic self-auditing system, we are able to continuously improve and optimize our quality system to meet the quality policy and commitment of Topoint.
